This is a mobile friendly premade. It includes a wordpress theme.  The Wordpress theme is cutomizable via the WP Admin Panel. You can find the customize options under the Themes section under 'Customize'.

HOW TO REMOVE RESPONSIVE:
Locate responsive.css in the header.php (wordpress) and remove that line.
