When Shall My Sorrowful Sighing Slack: Medieval Music

A new version of Thoma Tallis' "When Shall My Sorrowful Sighing Slack" from the 16th century. This music is slow and beautiful with a sad and despairing feel.

This arrangment is performed by harp, baroque guitar (lute), tembro (renaissance string bass), and soft choral voices. The plucked string sound that dominates this music brings out a medieval atmosphere and makes the music perfect for fantasy or historical documentary or period dramas.

Two versions included:
"When Shall My Sorrowful Sighing Slack" complete: 2:02
"When Shall My Sorrowful Sighing Slack" 1-minute edit: 1:02

72 BPM
