4. Finger Fitness Exercise Dances for Kids - Video Download

“Finger Fitness Exercise Dances for Kids” video is a fun and easy way for children to exercise their hands. Exercising on a daily basis helps improve hand strength and coordination.  The exercises dances can be done alone or as a great classroom activity. Many parents and grandparents also enjoy the activity with their children.

The video consists of 10 aerobic style finger/hand dances featuring traditional and original children’s music.

The dances are all preformed using colorful gloves which make them fun to watch. The pace of the dance routines are slow enough for most beginners to follow. The goal is to learn and further develop the four basic natural movements and isolation techniques. 

There are three different download versions designed for progressive learning.
