DELUTS LOGC to Rec709 AML CUBE:
Supplied here is the DELUTS library of looks, from the Classics to the more resent base looks. Some options as Faded and Orange and Teal hues. Designed for use with LOGC in camera or in post for a direct look.

Standardise Base Matrix ARRI:
Use when shot and processed in:-

•ALEXA Classic 709 Gamut
•ALEXA LCC709 Gamut
•ALEXA LOGC Gamut
•ALEXA LOGC REC Gamut
•ARRI 709 Multicam Gamut
•ARRI 2100 HLG Gamut

(Brings the colour matrix back in line. Removes some colour cast, useful if footage as baked in profile)

Then as a secondary node use DELUTS Creative Looks.
If you have already standardised LOGC using an ARRI LUT then you have the option of skipping the Base Matrix here and using a creative look.


LOC C to REC709 A, LOC C to REC709 B:
Use directly with LOGC footage if not using standard ARRI REC709 LUT, gives more options. Option B top end has been brought down. Use Option A to start with. Two colour profile tones to choose from ARRIREC and ARRIFILM.

File identification.
The letters are easy to remember with this key.

LC_SR = LowContrast_SoftRoll

UR = Ultra Roll (Additional contrast reduction and highlight protection)

As a starting point I use 'Curves A' 'DU_ARRIFILM_MC_SR.cube' or DU_ARRIFILM_UR_MC_SR.cube and then change to another if needed.


DELUTS Overlook - Creative Look Library:
Supplied here is the DELUTS library of looks, from the Classics to the more resent base looks. Some options as Faded and Orange and Teal hues. Use once footage has been standardised using an ARRI LUT or LOC C to REC709 A, LOC C to REC709 B.

EXTRAS/Matching other cameras to ARRI/Base Matrix Conversions:
Convert the basic Matrix colour from a select number of cameras to be more inline with ARRI. Use the transform profile that matches as close as possible to your camera.


Notes:
You have three different size Luts for transforms 17x17x17, 33x33x33 and 64x64x64. For looks there is 17x17x17, 33x33x33. I would start with the 33x33x33 but If using Adobe Premiere Pro CC I would try and use 17x17x17 especially if you have any memory problems or the app crashing.

These LUT confrom to the Standard CUBE format that can be used in many edit application. Please check your software is capable of loading .cube 3DLUTs before purchasing. If you would like a sample .cube and .aml file to test please contact me below and I will supply them.
