For the anti-inflammatory plan anyone can use it and benefit from. It is a plan that focuses on removing extra inflammation caused by eating the wrong foods, stress, and lots of other things. It has a good variety of foods. I have recipes in the plan but I also list out the good foods in the tips page in case you do not want my recipes you can use that as a guideline for how you should eat for the plan and lists all the things to avoid. In the tips page it goes over how to reduce inflammation with stress and lots of other things. It has a shopping list, 7 pages of tips and information and a detailed easy month meal plan (4 plans- 1 for each week).
