Sysco is a large American food trading company which has more than 40.000 employees and managers. Each of its area has different labour forces and different market approaching methods. These labour force and market approaching methods (market-driven) are compatible with the condition in each areas, the management is flexible. It will enable the employee to work and promote their strong points.

            Example: When a management program is given, it will not be applied to the entire system but the manager of each areas will take it into their consideration and decide to buy it whether it fits their areas.
