Not sure who the original bass player is on this recording,
it could be Joe Tex regular bass player Clarence Hadley or session great Tommy Cogbill. Nevertheless, this fun & groovy bass line has a relentless groove pattern with very little variations, but it is a lot of fun to play.
The song was recorded in 1972, and it is also featured in the official soundtrack to the Quentin Tarantino film 'Reservoir Dogs'.
