In this practice, we start with breathwork to illuminate the brain as well as activate the lungs. With only Saturn in an air sign, we need to give life to our lungs and support our breathing.
Once we're in the practice, the body scan focuses on the energy centers from the root to the crown and then we illuminate the face.
You're given a chance to face of with yourself and then step into your uniqueness and confidence to step forward empowered.
There is one version with music by The Wong Janice - the cello track is called LOVE.
