Abstract
The occurrences from the year 2007 have indicated that financial organizations as China’s, where banks are government controlled but also appear in public listings can have a substantial benefit in conditions of fiscal stability. In this analysis, we research the preliminary public offering of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC). When the markets ensued, the ICBC IPO was the prevalent industry. The company was the first to be listed concurrently in Hong Kong and Shanghai. This analysis, contemplates the way the IPO was managed and provides an evaluation.
