This 45-minute high-intensity interval circuit class will hit every part of your body! There are about 5 - 8 stations that are 45-60 seconds each with a 15-second rest in between stations using equipment such as hand weights, steps, BOSU Balls, a pull-up bar, TRX, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, and more!
