Bullying is a term we hear often and in all facets of life whether it is personal or professional; “in businesses or schools, such bullying is an inefficient way of working that is both costly and preventable” (Wiedmer, 2007).  “Bullying is a pervasive, targeted, and planned effort that can be overtly obvious or can fly under the radar and is conducted by practiced and malicious individuals who seek power, control, domination, and subjugation” (Wiedmer, 2011).  Bullying also involves a pattern of multiple negative acts (Lutgen-Sandvik, Tracy, Alberts, 2007).
