Upper Body Build, Phase II

The Hybrid Barbell 'Upper Body Build Phase II" is a progression and continuation of the first Hybrid Upper Body Build program. This program is designed to build muscle in your entire upper body. The workouts focus on one main lift, followed by supporting accessory exercises. Phase II includes new exercise progressions and variations as well as new set and rep schemes. It is recommended that you complete the first Upper Body Build before moving on to Phase II.  This program is great for intermediate gym goers.
