Through our lives we can be challenged with difficult conversations which are sometimes very necessary to have. At work, conversations about forward movement and the mission is the momentum of any organization with intent to leave a footprint in its industry. Similar to companies, individuals can also leave footprint in the organization by leading with a vision. Additionally, there is a need for clear communication to relay that vision, but sometimes there are communication barriers that hinder the message. By removing barriers to communication, such as personalities, organizational rank, and educational level within Ashford University, their leadership will allow organizations to take their businesses to the next level.
