We all agreed upon a leader from the start. Having a strong leader was one of our strengths. It enabled us to stay on task and avoid wasted time during team meetings.
Our team stayed in communication having usually two conference calls a week which helped us in making sure we were staying on task in achieving team goals and objectives and having that continuous communication helped to ensure everyone’s goals and objectives were the same. I think one of the greatest challenges for our team was just making time and coordinating schedules so that everyone could be involved. We kind of got in a routine of days and times conference calls would work for members and if there were any issues with the normal days and times, advance notice was given to the team members to find another time that worked.
