CIS 502 Case Study 3

There are several benefits of the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle. Overall, the concept allows the user to not only work proficiently, but also efficiently. One advantage is that the PDCA cycle reduces the possibility of errors to a minimum when the entire process is completed. This consists of planning, doing the work, checking all the steps, and then acting on the steps once all corrections have been made. In speaking of making corrections, another advantage is that corrective action can be taken in the event that something does not quite occur as originally planned. You can fix the issue before it becomes a bigger problem.
