Aloha! 

Thank you for your purchase of some (or all) of my digital goods!  Before you email with questions or problems you may encounter, please check out these FAQs first. 


Q: I can't find my presets in my inbox? I was never emailed a link.
A: Here are a few reasons this might be happening:
- The email has gone to the junk or spam folder. Check that out first.
- Did you pay via PayPal? The preset link is sent to the email address connected to your PayPal.
- Furthermore, if you're paying via e-check, PayPal takes 4-5 business days to process an e-check and sellfy will withhold delivery of the link until payment is cleared. 

Q: I accidentally bought the wrong presets! I meant to buy the desktop presets not mobile! Can I switch them, please?
A: Unfortunately, no. This is a digital product and once you receive it, that is yours forever! 

Q: I accidentally bought the mobile presets, not the desktop presets! Can I please switch? 
A: As above unfortunately no, 

Q. The presets don't look the same as your images? I thought this is a one-click fix all?
A: Some things to look out for:
- If the image that you took isn't exposed properly or it's shot incorrectly, the preset can't fix it. 
- Once you apply the preset you need to tweak it slightly with the temperature, exposure, contrast, grain, and blacks to make it your unique piece of art. 

Q: Do you offer refunds on digital products?
A: Unfortunately, no. This is a digital product and once you receive it, that is yours forever!
