Terms and Conditions:

Our products are currently delivered by Internet download only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within one hour but could take as long as 24 hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided on our order form. An email containing your electronic purchase receipt will contain the information you need to access our product downloads.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete what we believe to be a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

Refund Policy

Payments will be made to the Business via cash, check, an approved payment card, or by any other payment method determined by the Business.

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download we generally offer no refunds. All purchases are considered “final” sales, and will not be refunded.

Due to the digital format of our products, the customer receives an immediate benefit from the product prior to the return such as access to all digital content and other online resources.

We recommend contacting us if you have any questions before you purchase or for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

Fraudulent Refund Request

The Customer will be assumed to have accepted the product unconditionally unless a claim that the service was not received due to failure on the businesses part. Failure is defined as failure to provide the purchased product.

Refunds are not given in any shape, form, fashion or time. You agree to this when agreeing to purchasing the digital product. Requesting a refund with us or your banking institution when you’ve purchased the product and/or downloaded will be constituted as fraud and we will file a police report and go after you to the fullest extent that the law in both your state and ours will allow.

We provide a time limit on all digital products. Failure to download your purchase in the time allotted constitutes your fault and negligence and we will not be held responsible for this negligence and there are no refunds given due to your own negligence. By paying for this product within this company you agree to this and you agree not to file any fraudulent disputes with your bank.

Dispute Resolution

If there is a financial dispute, which is not allowed as per our terms and conditions, the Client understands that they will be prosecuted under the fullest extent of the law for fraud, unless the business did not hold up their end of the bargain and did not give you the digital product you purchased.

In the event that a legal dispute arises, both parties agree to Arbitration and its laws and policies within the State of New York.  Whatever the arbitrator decides is the final decision and both parties agree to be held to the final decision of the arbitrator.
