Young Athlete Program

An introduction to Sport Psychology for athletes who are under 18 consisting of 6 x 1 hour 1:1 sessions with Rebecca (via zoom).


Aims of the program:

  • Be proactive in identifying and addressing the challenges of development in youth sport to maintain confidence and motivation.
  • Encourage a growth mindset to develop and thrive through sport participation
  • Increase self-awareness to transfer the skills into your sport environment and other areas of your life.
  • As the journey in sport is unknown this program will provide athletes with skills for a life within or away from sport.
