Energy Tracker

If you're feeling overwhelmed, unfulfilled, or just totally burned out, it might be time to do an Energy Inventory. Write down the activities you do on a daily and/or weekly basis and then note is they give you energy, drain you, or are neutral. Doing this energy inventory will help you figure out what should stick and what to quit! Pair this with the Timeblock Template to help schedule your activities in an energizing way!

Life Hack: If you're unable to quit something that is draining to you, sandwich that activity in between two other activities that GIVE you energy!
