This a collection of my favorite exercises for getting back in alignment. If you're feeling a little lost and are in need of a reset, these 4 exercises are sure to get you feeling clear and motivated.

Core Value Exercise - Print + cut out 5 pages of values. Great to use on your own or even in relationships to see what you and your partner's values complement each other.

Wheel of Life Reflection - This exercise is fantastic for getting a snapshot of 8 main areas of your life on one page. Take note of what is working, what isn't working, and brainstorm tiny adjustments to create more success in your daily life.

Purpose Packet - A crowd favorite. This 12-page packet guides you through each of the rings of the Ikigai diagram to discover your mission, vocation, profession, and passion. Then by using elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), you will be able to identify any thoughts, fears, or expectations that are holding you back from being in alignment with your purpose.

Making Decisions - If you are at a crossroads in life or need to make a big decision quickly, this exercise will help you walk through your options and identify the best choice for you based on your values and priorities.
