This is a lovely long guided sleep talk down guided meditation which is both comforting and relaxing. In this little piece, we focus on 'simple'; on simply and gradually relaxing your body one part at a time until you are completely and utterly relaxed and ready for a deep healing slumber. This guided meditation is designed to help you to fall into a deep restorative healing sleep. Before you commence I suggest that you declutter your space, prepare a comfortable simple warm sleep space, wear comfy pajamas or loose clothing, lie down and start.
