This is a guided sleep hypnosis which is profoundly relaxing and will lead you into a deep sleep from which you will awake refreshed and ready to face the day. In this little piece, I use sleep suggestion and vocal tonality to lull you into a healing sleep progressively and gradually.
Before you commence I suggest that you declutter your space, prepare a comfortable simple warm sleep space, wear comfy pajamas or loose clothing, lie down and start.
