Classical Mat CLASSES - Pack One

Join me & move through a selection of the Classical Pilates Matwork Repertoire with three 60 minute classes. These are recordings of the live classes I teach via Zoom each week.

 

The format for each class is to work through the first thrid of the repertoire to warm, connect, mobilise & prepare mind body & soul for a selection of the more challenging classical exercises from remainder of the rep.

 

The class is fully instructed & cued, with focus on set-up for quality, effective & economical movement, so reps are low, with approximately three reps of each.
