Classical Mat CLASS Three

Join me & move through a selection of the Classical Pilates Matwork Repertoire with this 60 minute class. This a recording of the live classes I teach online via Zoom each week.

The format for each class is to work through the first thrid of the repertoire to warm, connect, mobilise & prepare mind body & soul for a selection of the more challenging classical exercises from remainder of the rep.

This class is fully instructed & cued, with focus on set-up for quality, effective & economical movement, so reps are low, with approximately three reps of each.

Kneeling Side Kick/Side Bend . Push Up in Quadruped . Full Push Up . Downward Dog . Roll Up to Standing . Heel & Arm Raises to Recentre .
