This is my personal leg and booty workouts! I've spent 8 months trying them out, making them flow, making a challenging yet rewarding program that you can use to get lean and sculpted legs and a tight and firm booty!

This program is intended to be incorporated into your strength training routine and for you to replace your current leg days with this - while also still doing your other muscle groups other days of the week. 

This can be used at home or the gym - It's set up as a Gym routine but there are Home Substitutions for all exercises that use any kind of machine/gym equipment
