Leadership development: Facilitating the Feedback session

This is the third in a series of three modules on Performance Metrics for "Leaders Guiding Leaders for Sustainable Success.  Participants regardless of your level in leadership can benefit from this discussion.  

Session Objectives:  
•Learn to facilitate timely and constructive (proactive) feedback to the “appropriate player.”
•Creating a uniform “RULES OF ENGAGEMENT FOR EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

Intended Outcomes include...
  • Building your script for feedback that is good, bad or ugly....
  • Working through a real time case study and debriefing the situation, comparing it to your own
  • Realizing that you are not alone in this Leadership journey nor should you attempt to take on challenging situations without bringing in your own Accountability Partners
  • Increasing your toolbox with additional action plan templates to use in a diverse inventory of scenarios that do arise in your daily activities as a leader.
