Our subscription model is a monthly recurring charge and the billing period begins from the time of registration, as defined by when you enter your payment method. By agreeing to our recurring billing terms, you (“the Subscriber”), are agreeing to the following:

Billing Terms and Terms of Use:

The Subscriber represents and warrants that (i) any credit / debit card information the Subscriber supplies is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by the Subscriber will be honored by the Subscriber’s credit/debit card company, (iii) the Subscriber will pay the charges incurred in the amounts posted, including any applicable taxes, and (iv) the Subscriber is the person in whose name the credit / debit card was issued and the Subscriber is authorized to make a purchase or other transaction with the relevant credit / debit card and information.

The Subscriber agrees and authorizes the payment method to be billed automatically for the entire subscription length, according to the published pricing on the CMA Enterprise Incorporated website (www.cma-ent.com), which is subject to change at any time.

The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees he or she will not dispute the payment with the credit / debit card company, provided the transactions correspond to the terms indicated in this authorization form. No refunds.

Frequency of Billing:

The Subscriber agrees and authorizes the payment method to be billed beginning on the date of registration and subsequently on a monthly basis one day following the free trial period.

Automatic Recurring Payment Failure:

If CMA Enterprise Incorporated (“CMA”) is unable to secure funds from the Subscriber’s debit/ credit card(s) for any reason, including, but not limited to, insufficient funds in the debit / credit card or insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the Subscriber when submitting electronic payment, CMA may undertake further collection action, including application of fees to the extent permitted by law.

Cancellation of Account and Automatic Recurring Payment:

The Subscriber has the right to revoke this authorization by contacting CMA via email at least fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled payment date. The Subscriber understands and acknowledges that services may be cancelled or withheld if the Subscriber revokes this authorization, and that Subscriber is still responsible for all charges incurred by the Subscriber or otherwise owed to CMA.   This authorization will remain in full force and effect until revoked by the Subscriber or CMA.
