Liuhe Spear is one of traditional weapons. Its postures are mainly about blocking, holding and plunging. The movements are concise, quick and rich. It can attack and defend in a flash. Its graceful demonstration is a delight to viewers. Liuhe(six conformities) of Liuhe Spear consists of conformities of three inner parts including energy, qi and spirit and three exterior parts including waist, hand and eye. It is larger than common spear, and weighs generally 15-30 kg.
