DW165-13 Longmen style Taiji Series of Dragon Gate Tai Chi Quan - The Third Routine MP4

Main features: It is a mixture of toughness and softness, an integration of speed with slowness. One move is fluently followed by another and intercepted by empty move. Strength is borrowed for both defense and offence. The practitioner twists the waist, turns the shoulders, stamps the feet, and bounced the toes. The steps lead the body. It combines a lot of ancient skills such as throwing elbow, kicking with knee, catching and wrestling.

The third Routine requires that the movement of practitioner changes as the step moves, and the practitioner shall slow down and keep the body stable. The movements shall be stretching and in compliant with the rules. Be inclusive and save the strength in dantian. Although the movements are simple, it demonstrates vigor. The practitioner shall look like tiger or wolf rushing at its game, but he or she has to keep breathing smoothly and act poisedly.
