Section Three:  Head & Upper Body Exercises

This section works on stretching and strengthening the upper body, starting from the head and working through the shoulders, arms, ribs, back, spine and pelvic floor.

The exercises are driven by the pulse of the music. As the exercises, movement and tempo build, so will your cardiovascular capacity, stamina and general levels of energy.

Allow your body to dance the rhythms of the music and allow the ebb and flow of the music to flow naturally with each movement as if you are dancing the sequence of exercises.
