The Space Between the Breath Meditation

This meditation can be used in at least 3 ways.

The first is to bring you into alignment with all that you are right now, by observing the most present thing you can- and that is, the space between the breath.

Also, you may choose to start off with this meditation when you are preparing to channel, do a reading or connect with your own guides, Angels or Higher Self.  It’s a wonderful way to what I refer to as building a bridge as you expand your awareness in order to clearly see and receive.

Finally, this is a beautiful meditation to use out in nature.  Next time you find yourself outdoors, take a few moments to stop and tune in to the sights, sounds and sensations on your skin that encompass you.
