The Hybrid Barbell 'Lower Body Build, Phase II' program is a continuation and progression of the first Lower Body Build program. It is designed to build muscle in your entire lower body, with an emphasis on building your glutes. The workouts focus on one main lift, followed by supporting accessory exercises. This program is great for intermediate gym goers.
